Do I have to subscribe?
No. The $20 Forever option is a one-time purchase — pay once, your child keeps the upgrade for good. The $2/month plan exists only for parents who prefer month-by-month flexibility; it cancels anytime with no lock-in and no hidden trial. The pay-once option will never be removed.
How does buying on this page unlock the app?
After checkout you get an unlock code by email (e.g. KSP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Open KidSpin → Bonus Pack → "I have a code", answer the parent question, and enter it. The code works on up to 5 devices.
How do I restore the purchase on a new device?
Bought in the app? Settings → Restore purchase (Google Play recognises your account). Bought on this page? Enter your unlock code on the new device — same code, up to 5 devices.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Web purchases: reply to your receipt email within 14 days — no questions asked. Play Store purchases: Google Play offers a standard refund window (typically 48 hours) from your order history; after that, email asadtechlead@gmail.com and we'll review case-by-case.
I bought the $1.99 Bonus Pack earlier — do I pay again?
Never. Early supporters keep everything they bought, forever, at the price they paid. Price changes only apply to new purchases.
What does it cost in Pakistan?
Inside the app, the Bonus Pack uses Google Play regional pricing in PKR (with carrier billing on Jazz/Telenor/Zong/Ufone — no card needed). The web checkout on this page charges in USD and is aimed at global buyers.
Why are ads non-personalized?
Because KidSpin is for children. Google Play's Families Policy and US COPPA both require non-personalized ads when the app is child-directed. We've set tagForChildDirectedTreatment: TRUE in code so AdMob routes only general-audience ads, never targeted ones.
