The short version

KidSpin is a learning app for children ages 2-7, distributed via Google Play. You can install and use the free version with non-personalized ads. You can optionally buy the Bonus Pack ($1.99 USD / PKR 199) to remove ads and unlock 13 more modules. We don't collect personal data from you or your child. Use the app, enjoy it, and email asadtechlead@gmail.com if anything goes wrong.

1. Eligibility

KidSpin is intended for children ages 2-7, used under adult supervision. The Bonus Pack purchase requires an adult to pass the parental gate (a simple math problem). You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child using the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KidSpin on devices you own or control, for non-commercial personal use only.

3. In-app purchase & refunds

The Bonus Pack is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. Refunds are available through Google Play's standard policy (typically 48 hours). After that window, we'll review case-by-case — email us. Bonus Pack pricing in Pakistan: PKR 199.

4. What we don't collect

See the Privacy Policy. Short version: no personal data leaves your device.

5. Ads

The free version shows non-personalized interstitial ads from Google AdMob, configured with child-directed treatment and max content rating G. We don't choose which specific ads appear — Google does. Buy the Bonus Pack to remove all ads forever.

6. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the app, redistribute it outside Google Play, or attempt to use it to harm children. Don't try to extract or abuse the Echo microphone feature.

7. Disclaimers

KidSpin is provided "as is". We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where local law forbids excluding such liability, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Bonus Pack (or $5 USD, whichever is greater).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Substantive changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and described in the app's release notes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith email will be subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
